Using the SyncHub Platform

SyncHub, as a data extraction, integration, and analytics platform, allows you to extract data from various sources and services.

Our staff is regularly trained on data handling, and our systems are monitored continuously. Team members are only granted access when necessary. For any data we process, access is strictly limited. We will only access your data if there is a written request from you or in cases of debugging and troubleshooting.

Data transfer is conducted securely using encrypted HTTPS connections with TLS/SSL.

Data extracted through SyncHub is stored on SyncHub's servers.

Our data processing and storage activities take place in data centers managed by Google Cloud Platform, which are closely monitored and highly scalable, industry-leading. To ensure optimal service latency, data may be physically distributed across global locations.

In some cases, you may have the option to select specific regions or data centers for your data processing. In such cases, we guarantee the processing will adhere to your preference, with any changes notified to you beforehand.

You have the ability to delete extracted data from SyncHub at any time.

Extracted data is only made available to you.

No data will be extracted without your explicit permission.

We prioritize maintaining a high level of security for customer data.

SyncHub's data storage utilizes masking techniques, ensuring extracted data is not stored in a single, identifiable format.

YouTube Analytics and Video Data Tools

SyncHub only uses official APIs to access data.

API access is strictly read-only.

SyncHub enables you to extract aggregated and anonymized statistics representing the performance of your videos and channels. Personal data cannot be retrieved using SyncHub.

For access to YouTube Analytics data, SyncHub uses OAuth, a secure authentication method. This ensures your password is never entered into SyncHub, as access is performed on a trusted third-party website.

SyncHub is only granted read-only access to your YouTube Analytics data, with no access to other aspects of your YouTube account. You can revoke this connection via the admin interface at any time.

SyncHub will not post content on behalf of your account.

Automated data extraction may require offline API access permissions.

Use of YouTube data tools must comply with YouTube's Terms of Service.

Use of YouTube data tools must comply with Google's Privacy Policy.

Access to your data can be revoked in the SyncHub app by deleting the connected account. You can review all applications authorized to access your Google account in your Google security settings.

Facebook Insights, Facebook Ads Insights & Instagram Data Tools

SyncHub only uses official APIs to access data.

For access to Facebook Insights & Facebook Ads Insights data, SyncHub uses OAuth for secure authentication. This ensures your password is never entered into SyncHub, as access is performed on a trusted third-party website.

You have the option to revoke the connection via the admin interface at any time.

SyncHub will not post content on behalf of your account or interfere with your account or ad settings.
